Whats the difference between the ninja zzr-600 and the zx-6r?

I would just like to know the difference between the two as far as performance, speed, comfort...you know, the usual.|||I%26#039;m pretty sure they still produce ZZR 600%26#039;s as they are a small capacity sport tourer.

You will see the difference if you look on the Kawasaki Website.

The ZZR will have a more comfortable riding position due to higher clip-ons and better rear set placement.

Power wise, the ZZR is I think around 80 to 90 HP where as the ZX6R is 105 to 110 HP.

The ZZR will be notably heavier than its more aggressive sister bike as well.

I havn%26#039;t heard any bad reports regarding the ZZR as it is still a trusty machine that can deliver what the owner wants from it but the ZX6R is the choice in my opinion because it has a sharp edge to it and handles very well. It is also a reasonably comfortable bike due to the revised rider geometry over recent years.

So if I were you go and test ride both of them and see for yourself what would suit you!

Troy.|||they still make tha zzr-600 its the old ninja style, but still nice they just dont look as slick as the new ninjas.I had the zzr-600 it was a 2006 i loved it, its a great first bike and the only thing is that the engines are still carborated not fuel injected.|||I believe that the zzr600 is the old nija that now has been replaced with the zx6r. the big diff on these two is that the zx6r is fuel injected and the zzr600 is not.
