On the internet It says you get them when you beat the story modes. Then It says to do some stuff and I did them but the people im supposssed to be finding arent there. Like I gave guy the uniform and he waled off but now I cant find him. Then speak with Hinata at the training grounds. Head to the arena and beat Neji.
Uzumaki Naruto - Maito Suit Speak with Maito Gai at the marketplace. Head to the next city and buy a Maito suit (100.000 mon). Head to the next screen and fight Gai.

After that talk to Hinata%26#039;s father who will be right outside the Arena. Next, go to Training Ground and speak to Hinata and then go back to The Stadium and battle Neji and beat all his objectives. And *Bam* you%26#039;ll have Byakugan Hinata.
Taijutsu Naruto- First talk to Mighty Guy and he talk about training and meet him at a secret area you have to find. GO to Tanzaku town and talk to a guy and buy the Mighty Guy Suit for 100,000 ryo. Then head to Tanzaku Outskirts and you%26#039;ll find Mighty Guy. Battle him and get all the objectives and you%26#039;ll have Taijutsu Naruto.
