How do you play two players on Naruto Clash of Ninja Revolution for the Wii?

I rented the game from store, no instruction booklet. I cannot seem to get the 2nd Wii Remote to activate. I go under options and select 2 players verses each other, but still cannot get 2nd Wii Remote to work. Please help.|||Click home, and then go to settings , then it will say %26quot;remote somthing%26quot;. Click it. Then press 1,and 2. It should work.|||Your mana has to be high enough for it to work.
