Is the character list in Naruto Ultimate Ninja: Storm going to be different in the USA and Japan?

I know they%26#039;re having a simultaneous release, but will there be Shippuden Characters in Japan%26#039;s Version, or will it be the same Character list as the one in the USA?|||That information hasn%26#039;t been said yet, however if any characters from shippuuden are in the japanese version then they definanitly won%26#039;t be in the english version.
