How much should a 1987 Kawasaki Ninja 600 cost with approximately 16,000 miles?

Buying from a private owner, bike is in good condition.|||Blue book in excellent condition is $1225.00|||you can see it is in good condition or he says it is.

Ninja huh, plastic fairings. Those are easy to replace you know, and they cover up a lot of stuff if the bike has been dropped.

course, everyone says their bike has not been dropped when selling it.

your talking about a bike that is 21 years old. only 16,000 miles is almost to hard to believe.

I wouldn%26#039;t be spending more than 2 grand on it at the very very most and likely closer to 1,500|||something that old- I would not give any more than $2500 if it is in good shape (plastics are not busted, etc.) but you can also use NADA.com to get used vehicle values of you can%26#039;t find it on kbb.com (kelley blue book)|||.Keep in mind that prices vary from region to region. Therefore what may be average in my area may be high or low in your area. Check your local classifieds to see what the same/similiar bikes are going for.

Also remember that now is when prices are the most expensive ( warm weather has arrived and many people are looking at getting into motorcycling...especially this year with fuel prices on the rise ).|||1987?you mean 1997 as they were gpz600r why 16,000 miles average miles are around 2,500-3000 per year longs as the bike is serviced reg then higher milage is no prob, budget around 1,600-2,300 try the honda cbr 600 as i think is better bulit well honda always have!|||JP is your answer person. There are lots of factors that dictate cost.Climate, length of seasons just to name a few.JP is right, you need to know your local (state/tri state or ?) to better understand your %26quot;market%26quot; value. Its ok to educate yourself as to blu book value-just dont pay for it or go out of your way to get it good luck|||use kellybluebook.com|||around 3 or 4 grand|||which country? can u add picture here?
