How could I make a Ninja Turtles Woman's Halloween Costume?

For Halloween I really want to be a Ninja Turtle, but I%26#039;m not sure what I could wear for it. I would like for it to be girly and not baggy. I could wear a colored headband and green tights, but what could I use for the shell? Any ideas, any at all, please help!|||make the shell smaller and wear a cute green dress. wear the shell like a backpack instead of a huge one.|||hmmm...good dilemma. I say you go with green tights, a green top and make the shell out of brown felt (can get at like, Jo-Anns) and draw the lines on it with black Sharpie =] Clever idea, nonetheless.
