go into the girls hair section and get a fabric headband of his color (green, red, blue, yellow) so he can wear it around his forehead.

try to find the same color as the headband for the rest of his costume, like a karate belt, maybe wrap 2 headbands around his knuckles to match also.|||If you want to do it the cheap and easy way, buy one of those one-piece hooded footie pajama things and die it black.
