I just bought a Ninja 250, and the helmet lock is pretty low on the left side of the bike. How am I supposed to attach my helmet there? It would be right up against the exhaust pipe.|||correct, the helmet lock is low. Many people use a small cable, and loop the cable through the chinbar of the helmet, then to the helmet lock.
Myself? I figure if I spent $300+ on a helmet? I can carry it with me.
If you lock a helmet by the %26quot;d%26quot; rings? someone can just slice the strap and take it. Helmet thieves maybe do not buckle theirs on?
you can lock to the bike, but? I prefer to carry mine with me.
Good luck|||I also own a Nija 250 and find the same thing. So I don%26#039;t. All bikes have a similar scenario. They do make helpmet locks for the handlebars. Check these out. I was thinking about getting one myself.
http://www.jcwhitney.com/webapp/wcs/stor...
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Handlebar...|||If I remember right, one way burns off the pad on the helmet, the other way rests the helmet on the pipe with the pad facing upwards. You have to play with it, I used the lock when I had one.|||I own a 07 Ninja 500R and found that you pretty much can not lock a helmet to the bike and ride it at the same time. If you are just wanting to lock the helmet to your bike so you can to into a restaurant or into a mall or something, if you lock the helmet into place and the lower your passenger foot peg I found that you can lock the helmet up and the place the helmet in the rear peg thus keeping the helmet off of the exhaust.

Is naruto the broken bond worth buying over Rise of a ninja?
Well which is better Naruto rise of a ninja or Naruto The broken bond
and tell why it%26#039;s better to get that one . Because rise of a ninja is only $20 , but the broken bond is $60 . So if you say broken bond; is it that good that I should buy it for 60$?|||well broken bond is the sequal to rise of the ninja. if you watch the naruto series and is up to date it doesnt matter if u play broken bond 1st. in my opinion rise of the ninja is alot more challenging but it also has clips from the show throughout the game which broken bond doesnt. broken bond has better graphics though but no show clips and its less challenging depending what level u play on. if u want to start from the beginning then i would play rise of the ninja. but tsnade, jiraya, sand shinobi and the sound ninja arent in rise of the ninja but they are in broken bond. its really a matter of opinion, i would start out in rise of the ninja just because its the 1st sequal and clips from the show is nice...then u can move on to broken bond. but its up to u! :D also for a heads up the both games skip parts from the show and add random parts that never happened which most games based on a show do. in case u didnt no ;) anyways hope ive helped some. ill give u a couple links on where u can see them! :)

Who would win a fight out of a twilight vampire and a naruto ninja/ bleach death god?

who would win a fight out of the strongest twilight vampire and either a naruto ninja or a bleach death god?

|||Both ninjas and shingami (death gods) would win hands down, not to mention that it would be a short fight. Shinigami have kido, shunpo (flash step), whacking great sentient swords, and an assortment of other tricks up their sleeves. The sparklepires would get pwned.|||That could be hard. Originally, I was going to say either a naruto ninja or a bleach death god, because I thought the Twilight vampires (like most vampires) only have one attack (creating more vampires) and a few different weaknesses you could use to your advantage (garlic, light, etc.) and that the ninja and death gods could have a wide array of attacks (I read those). But it%26#039;s pretty obvious that I never read Twighlight. So, I suppose it all just depends on who%26#039;s paired with who. But, I%26#039;d love to say that a Naruto ninja would win. And besides, other then physical fighting, mind reading (something only one of them can do), and occasionally being able to see the future (once again, something only one of them can do) they don%26#039;t have many attacks.
Sasuke and Rock Lee could out run them, Tsunade and Sakura could overpower them, and Shikamaru could outsmart them.
Even though I don%26#039;t know much about the Bleach Death Gods, I have to conclude the ninjas would win hands down. :D|||It would depend on which Ninja. A strong Ninja would win pretty much every time, but a weak one would loose a lot more often.

Why did the change hero turtles to ninja?
Does anyone remember Teenage mutant HERO turtles?
Now the ninja turtles have, like, no eyes. D:
And there not the same Pizza loving party dudes anymore!|||[edit] Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles
The title screen from the TMHT version due to the Censorship.Upon TMNT%26#039;s first arrival in the United Kingdom, Italy, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Finland, France, Poland, Austria and Germany, the name was changed to %26quot;Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles%26quot; (or TMHT, for short), since local censorship policies deemed the word ninja to have excessively violent connotations for a children%26#039;s program. (although in Ireland the first season aired as %26quot;Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles%26quot; before changing to %26quot;Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles%26quot;)[9] Consequently, everything related to the Turtles had to be renamed before being released in these nations (comic books, video games, toys, etc.) The lyrics were also changed, such as changing %26quot;Splinter taught them to be ninja teens%26quot; to the %26quot;Splinter taught them to be fighting teens.%26quot;
The policies also had other effects, such as removing use of Michaelangelo%26#039;s nunchaku (which were at the time banned from appearing in even 18-rated movies) and generally toning down the usage of all the turtles%26#039; weapons. After many seasons of never using his nunchaku, they eventually disappeared entirely, replaced by a turtle shell shaped grappling hook called the %26quot;Turtle Line%26quot;.
However, when the live-action movie came out in 1990, the %26quot;Ninja%26quot; of the title was kept even in the UK. In time, nunchaku scenes were retained in previously-censored movies such as those of Bruce Lee.
By the time of the 2003 TV series, these censorship policies had been abolished, and no changes have occurred in the content of the show. The name %26quot;Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles%26quot; remained unchanged for the 2003 TV series. As a result, in the UK, the 1987 TV series is still called Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles and the 2003 TV series is called Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, hence a disambiguation between the two TV series|||it was the other way around. teenage mutant ninja turtles was originally a comic, and had been for many years, then they made the toys, and then the 80%26#039;s tv show. these were all called teenage mutant ninja turtles. but then when they tried to sell the show to us in the uk they thought it was too violent a name, so they only agreed to show it if our version could be changed to teenage mutant hero turtles.

have a Ninja 500(daily driver). I feel like the tires are a bit thin. What kind of tires should i buy for it? I take it on the freeway alot and put about 60 miles on it daily. How much does a 05 KAWASAKI Ninja go for?
My brother wants me to sell his bike and its an 05 Kawasaki Ninja 600, i was just wonder whats the highest i can sell it for?|||Well, the kelly blue book trade-in value for a 2005 Kawasaki ZX600-N1 Ninja ZX-6RR (600 cc Ninja) with about 14000 miles, in good condition is $4415, but that is for a stock bike. Ask your brother if he has any aftermarket parts installed on his bike and if so you may want to increase the price. But if your mileage is a lot more than 14,000 mi, then you are probably going to have to lower the price. Realistically, if you are selling this bike as a private seller (as in you are selling it to another person, not a dealership), you are probably going to get somewhere around $4000 after bargaining.. I wouldn%26#039;t take anything less than that.|||Usually in my area they sell for about $2,500 to $3,000 but I would check with the local area boke dealer ships about selling prices to be safe.

What Is the Difference Between a Ninja and a Samurai?
What Is the Difference Between a Ninja and a Samurai?|||Ninja: a member of a feudal Japanese society of mercenary agents, highly trained in martial arts and stealth (ninjutsu), who were hired for covert purposes ranging from espionage to sabotage and assassination.
Samurai: a member of the hereditary warrior class in feudal Japan; a professional warrior belonging to the Japanese feudal military aristocracy.|||Funny to me how much misinformation is flying around here.
The samurai were an elite warrior class in Japan. They were noble by name and bloodline. Comparable only to the knights of medieval Europe. The samurai held and elite social rank and were very powerful and influential in Japanese society. Report Abuse
|||Samurai....fight re: honour and for their master
Ninja....Use whatever works to get the job done regardless|||ninjas are a lot cooler and will answer questios|||eeeeehhhhhhh
the one was a part of a class of elite warriors that pledged their life in service of their masters.
the other were a group of outlaws that used stealth and cunning as their main weapons
allthough it must be said that many samurai probably were part of ninja too.
The samurai were the official warriors of the lord that lived by a strict code of honor that forbade them from doing anything except of open and honourable combat.
for all other purpose the feudal lords (daymio) used ninja.
they were not all stealth assasins as portrayed in the hollywood movies. Ninja was a term to classify each kind of outlaw and misfit that could serve a purpose to a lord. They included thieves, spies, prostitutes and many others.|||In the history of Japan, a ninja was someone specially trained in a variety of unorthodox arts of war. These included assassination, espionage, and other martial arts.
Their roles may have included sabotage, espionage, scouting and assassination missions as a way to destabilize and cause social chaos in enemy territory or against an opposing ruler, perhaps in the service of their feudal rulers (daimyo, shogun), or an underground ninja organization waging guerrilla warfare.
Samurai was a term for the military nobility of pre-industrial Japan. The word %26quot;samurai%26quot; is derived from the archaic Japanese verb %26quot;samorau,%26quot; changed to %26quot;saburau,%26quot; meaning %26quot;to serve%26quot;; thus, a %26quot;samurai%26quot; is a servant, i.e. the servant of a lord.|||samurai were noblemen.. knights.. ninjas were assasins|||ninja is a turtle and samurai a goldfish ?%26gt; was I close ?|||Samurai, I think, literally means Servant of the Lord in ancient Japanese. They were well armed well trained warriors who protected their lords. They also were bound by a strict code of honor and were expected to follow and set an example for all other samurais.
Ninjas on the other hand are not the orthodox warriors. Nevertheless they are supposed to be equally good, especially when it comes to stealth. They mainly used it against samurai warriors because the Samurais were way better. I think this is where their actions differed from samurai tactics. Ninjas were trained in espionage and other martial arts, and also for assassination purposes.|||Samurai served their masters and followed the code of Bushido. They were well trained in sword fighting.
The Ninja were spys/assassins and they followed no code. They were well trained in guerilla tactics and killing.|||Who cares, they were both defeated by Tom Cruise and Chuck Norris. Man, havent you seen the movies?|||A Ninja is an assassin, While Samurai were ground troops.
a ninja was someone specially trained in a variety of unorthodox arts of war. These included assassination, espionage, and other martial arts.
Samurai was a term for the military nobility of pre-industrial Japan. The word %26quot;samurai%26quot; is derived from the archaic Japanese verb %26quot;samorau,%26quot; changed to %26quot;saburau,%26quot; meaning %26quot;to serve%26quot;; thus, a %26quot;samurai%26quot; is a servant, i.e. the servant of a lord.|||Despite popular belief, I would like it to be known that a ninja is not necessarily an assassin.
Samurai were official Japanese soldiers of the Edo period. They fought in wars and helped to enforce law. At first, they were seen as honorable and humble soldiers. Later on, the government became very corrupt and the Samurai basically became the government cronies/thugs who did the dirty work.
Ninja were common people who studied their own art (much influenced by Chinese rebels) to protect their villages from predators and the government who constantly took land. Of course, the ninja did work on stealth and disguise as tactics of doing justice in their own way when the government went corrupt, which is possibly where they got their assassin reputation.
Anyway, I can%26#039;t sum it up in that short segment, so I would suggest some research. Enjoy!|||The answer is that ninjas blow.
My apologies, that%26#039;s the pirate in me talking. A ninja is a thoroughly trained assasin used to attack individual targets, whereas a samurai is an elite open attack troop used in actual warfare. If you would like to know about samurai, I recommend reading %26quot;The Book of Five Rings%26quot; by Miyamoto Musashi (it%26#039;s actually a really good book). People have the history of Ninjas all wrong. Indeed, they were spies, but not the way how they are portrayed in movies. Especially with the black suit thing. Samurai: a member of the hereditary warrior class in feudal Japan; a professional warrior belonging to the Japanese feudal military aristocracy.|||Funny to me how much misinformation is flying around here.

the one was a part of a class of elite warriors that pledged their life in service of their masters.
the other were a group of outlaws that used stealth and cunning as their main weapons
allthough it must be said that many samurai probably were part of ninja too.

I want to make a little ninja fly across my screen?
I had this strange idea that a little ninja dude flying across my screen in a karate pose at random moments would be cool and startle my friends. But I don%26#039;t know how I would do that? Is there some code or something that could do that?|||It wouldn%26#039;t be that difficult. You create the character whoooshing across your screen as a Flash SWF file and then you use one of any number of free or cheap converters to turn this into a screen saver. That way you would simply have to leave your PC untouched for a period of time that you determine and suddenly the little guy starts ninja%26#039;ing across your screen; You could also, of course, attach a %26quot;Neeeeyahhhhh!%26quot; voice-over!!

Which year of Kawasaki Ninja ZX 6R would you recommend?
I%26#039;ve been looking at sports bikes lately, and I%26#039;m trying to find the best bike, and i think that its the Kawasaki Ninja ZX 6R, but im not sure what year to get. I think that the %26#039;07 model is the best looking, but the 05 model has the most power. Which one would you rather have?
|||First, the ZX 6R isn%26#039;t THE BEST. Don%26#039;t get me wrong, I love the ninjas. A hell of alot more than any ot the other inline 4%26#039;s from Japan. But to be honest, it isn%26#039;t the best one. Before 08, it was probably the CBR RR, since it was reliable, powerful and handled like a dream. In 08 the R6 recieved great praise for its track abilities and won the 600cc section of the Master Bike competition, over the CBR, the Ninja, and the Triumph Daytona 675. I mention the Triumph because it recieved Motorcyclist magazine%26#039;s Motorcycle of the Year award in 2006, and is famous world wide for handling like a dream. In the 08 master bike competition, it actually got second to the R6 and recieved the best ratings from the riders, (it just couldn%26#039;t put out quite the same lap times as the R6).
So when you buy a Ninja, you aren%26#039;t buying the cream of the crop. Though you%26#039;ll notice I didn%26#039;t give any praise to the Gixxer, because it actually isn%26#039;t better than the Ninja (in my opinion). But you are buying a bike with styling like no other, and with plenty of power to keep up with the rest. All of these bikes have more power and better handling capabilities than can ever be used in the streets, and can only be fully appreciated by professionals on a track, so you don%26#039;t NEED the BEST one.
That said, the question becomes this. Is it the styling, or the power you want more? The Ninja from 05 to 08 was plenty powerful, and I believe the 07 and 08 versions were more powerful than the 636. But the 636 will be cheaper, and had a bigger displacement, so will have plenty of potential to be as strong or stronger, if worked on properly.
As the guy who first responded said, the new for 09 Ninja is certainly better than the others as far as track capabilities go. There%26#039;s no question. Thanks,|||It depends in the dealer or shop. I went to a regular bike shop and he quoted at $130 + oil. My dealer quoted me at $80 including oil. So I%26#039;m guessing somewhere in there. I have a ninja 650r...|||I%26#039;ve never spent more than $100 on a basic tuneup before. I agree though that if everything seems to check out all right and the bike feels crisp and responsive when you test-drove it, maybe just do an oil change and don%26#039;t even sweat a tune-up for now. Nice to see another Kawi fan :-)

How do you take the tail off of the Kawasaki Ninja 250R?
On the back of the 2008 Kawasaki Ninja 250R there is a big tail type thing that is very ugly how do I take that off?|||http://www.yankeecruisah.com/ImmortalBik...|||The assembly is bolted on.
Depending on how much you want to modify it, there are fender eliminator kits available. Some are just license plate holders. Others are complete rear turn signal and bracket kits. Some have lights for the license plates, some do not.
Do a search on the web.
If you just don%26#039;t like how the tail hangs down so low, consider just cutting the it off at the bottom, right below the plate to make it shorter. The reflector isn%26#039;t necessary to have.
I personally removed the whole assembly on my ZX6R, cutting the wire going to the licence plate light. I have my original brake and turn signals, but I made a bracket for my license plate and attached it to where the %26quot;tail assembly%26quot; was.|||You should leave it like it is so you can get max value on resale. You%26#039;ll want to sell that scooter real soon anyway so why do something that will hurt your chance of making a great deal?

Does the 2008 Kawasaki Ninja 250r have enough power for my body size?
I am a beginner, but i don%26#039;t want to learn on something that acts like a moped. I used to have a moped, and they are not fun. I am 6 foot 3 inches and I weight 195. Will this Ninja haul me around easily on the streets and possibly short distances on the highway? I am considering buying this model, so I need ALL the information I can get! Thanks to everyone in advance!|||Hmm, I can do 80mph easily and I am 6%26#039; 250lbs... Really it is all in your flavor. If you like a sport bike and do want something with above average gas milage the ninja 250 is your bike... If you don%26#039;t care either way and want performance based cycle then go elseware....|||It%26#039;ll haul you but don%26#039;t expect any thrills. A 250 would barely get you up to highway speeds. I bought an old 550 ltd kawasaki in great shape for a beginner bike. I don%26#039;t have to worry about it popping a wheely because it won%26#039;t. When you buy a small beginner bike the insurance company knows its a beginner bike because a veteran rider wouldn%26#039;t buy a small bike. The insurance costs will be higher if you do buy a small bike because that tells the insurance guys that you don%26#039;t have any experience.|||I had a 2005 ninja 250, ive now moved onto a CBR1000rr. The ninja was a great bike, i wish i could have kept it along with my newer bike. I got usually about 50mpg around town, driving somewhat hard, and 65 mpg on the freeway about 80-90 on long trips. Im 6%26#039;1 and 160 lbs, with another 120 lb rider i was still able to go 100mph with the bike(no not down hill and no wind). I dont see a 200lb rider having any problems with the bike. oh yea its slow but it got the job done and it was still a lot of fun! I hope this helps.|||Don%26#039;t kid yourself. You need a starter bike. No matter what other says you need to start on something small and then trade up later. If you skip this step you are basically risking life and limp (just so you can skip the trade up later).
In most of the world, a 250 is considered LARGE bike. Only in America it is considered a beginners bike. Take it slowly and LEARN to ride and ride for the rest of your life (not just this summer).
Good Luck...
P.S. I%26#039;ve owned 3 bikes so far - been riding since 1983|||I would not think so. I am 5%26#039;7%26quot; 160 lbs. and I ride a Kaw Vulcan 500 LTD and it has just enough power for me. It has the same engine as the 500 Ninja, but slightly smaller carbs. Anyway I think a 250 Ninja would be too small for a 6foot3 frame.|||No it does not. Not only would you look like a Shriner on a small motorcycle, but the 250 does not have the power to get on the highway at all. For your size, I would stay in the 600cc and up range.|||those bikes a for girls mann get a cr500 i have a yz85 now and i am 12yrs old and it can kill a ninja 250.also try a CRF450 or yz426|||im not as big as you are but im worried i wont be able to take someone on the back with a ninja 250, they do sound fun and they look so nice..the 2008 ones|||Here’s the thing you have to decide; 1, do you want a bike that you can pop wheelies off the line without any mods and can get ridiculous speeds on the freeway which could result in getting your license pulled or get you killed? Or 2, are you wanting a bike that will be fun around town, have enough power to move you safely on the freeway and get Scooter type mpgs (ie upper 50’s to 60’s mpgs)? If you want to go with 1 go and get a 650 or higher bike and the best gear you can buy, me I choose option 2, had my fun in my 20’s with a bigger bike, did some pretty stupid stuff because I had a bigger bike, luckily I’m still around. So I Decided between the 08 Ninja 250 and the UM /Hyosung 250r. I decided to go with the UM 250R; insurance was about half of what the Ninja was and I paid just under $3800 out the door for brand new with full gear. As for performance, I can easily hit 85-90 on the freeway with plenty of throttle left. I’m 5’10” weigh 230lbs. Right now the bike is new, just over 600 miles on the odo. First fill up I averaged 54 mpgs, 2nd fill up 56 mpgs and 3rd was 57. Friend who has one said it takes about 1500 miles on the bike before it gets to the 60-68mpg area. The UM doesn’t have any stickers that show what size the bike is and looks like a 650 or bigger bike plus it came with a 3 year unlimited mileage engine warranty and 18 month parts warranty for the rest of the bike. Long and short a 250 is plenty of bike if you are new or if you are wanting to get out have some fun and save some serious gas. Whatver you do buy the best gear you can afford, ride safe and have fun. Just my two cents. Hope this helps with your decision.

What hacks work TODAY after the club penguin makeover? Also how do you become a NINJA on CP?
Ex: CP trainer %26amp; beta trainer
Myth or truth if you sit in the dojo for 30 minutes you become a ninja??? HELP|||I will tell you this:
DON%26#039;T LISTEN TO ANY MYTHS OR LIES! THEY JUST WASTE YOUR TIME!
But if you go to the first floor of the ski lodge, you can look in the mirror by the fireplace and you can see a ninja. But no penguin in CP is a ninja.
Ninjas were released after a beta party or so; the penguins there got a ninja belt and a ninja mask. Sometime later, CP took the belt and the mask away.
Hope that helps!
(Same thing with the iceberg; it%26#039;s impossible to tip it! (Yet!)

How do you say ninja in Latin?
I would like to know how to say ninja in Latin. I know ninja is Japanese, so ninja may not even be in Latin. But, if someone could please explain to me how or why, or a word in Latin close enough to ninja, please tell me.|||There is no word for ninja in Latin, simply because there were no ninjas in ancient Rome. Same as Latin does not have a word for washing machine or car or email. A language can only have words for things that the people speaking that language know about.|||I seriously doubt that you%26#039;ll find a word like Ninja in Latin. As you say yourself it is a Japanese word, and second the term ninjas didn%26#039;t exist when latin was spoken. You wouldn%26#039;t find a Latin word for television either =P
The closest you%26#039;ll get is probably:
miles militis : soldier, warrior, knight|||Ninja. Or use my guess, clever warrior, callidus miles militus.

Will i have difficulty riding the new 08 kawasaki ninja 250r?
I%26#039;m 5%26#039;5%26quot;, 120+ pds. Total beginner and am interested in the ninja 250r, therefore was wondering if my feet can touch the ground flat?|||The best way to find out is to stop by a Kawasaki dealership - they%26#039;ll let you sit on anything. If your feet can%26#039;t touch the ground flat, you might have trouble if you ever have to make an emergency stop or in stop-and-go-traffic, but at 5%26#039;5%26quot; I think you%26#039;ll be fine. 250 cc%26#039;s is great to start with - I still have my Rebel 250, and the Ninja is very light. Always a safe idea to buy a used first bike just in case you do drop it, you won%26#039;t have lost as much money. Be safe and have fun!|||Yes your feet will definitely touch the ground flat. I have ridden and sat on the bike.
Don%26#039;t get that bike if you are going to ride on freeways alot instead get a heavier bike such as 400lbs or more.|||When in doubt....check it out.
Go to a Kawasaki dealer and sit on one.|||You will be fine. this is the perfect bike for you. You will have lots of fun. Just remember to keep safety first.

Don%26#039;t forget to choose a best answer!|||It depends on the height of the seat and also the width. Best bet is to sit on it and see if you are comfortable. I sat on every sportbike made before deciding on my Gixxer. It was actually my last choice, but was way more comfortable on it than anything else. I even looked up seat heights prior to going and when I actually sat on them, even if they were supposedly the same height, they felt much different.|||i think you%26#039;ll be ok|||Ninja 250 will be fine. Why spend the money on a %26quot;new%26quot; one? Take the MSF course.
Enjoy.|||yeah you should reach the ground just....250 good bike to learn on thats what I started with|||u should be fine, I have noticed that the lil guys go for road bikes like the ninja and the big boys go for there harleys...
U just got to get use to the feel of the bike.. Can I start Ninja Gaiden 2 with all the weapons I had when I ended the game?
After I beat Ninja Gaiden 2, can I still use all my weapons? (Scythe, tonfas, and magic)? Like Resident Evil 4.|||You can, this is called a new game plus. Activating this allows you to keep your weapons and upgrades but all items are lost and your karma score does not increase. If you want to improve your karma you must start an entirely seperate file and regain all weapons annd upgrades|||if you continue on the same file, then yes. however you can%26#039;t post scores to xbox live. ryu will have all the same stats, all the same weapons with al lthe same upgrades. However, al of your items will be lost.|||after you beat the game you can if pick the same Difficulty level you can start at the beginning you will not be able to upgrade you score or increase you life so don%26#039;t bother buying it if you had it maxed at the end
What service is required after breaking in a new Ninja 250?
I am interested in purchasing a new Ninja 250 (my first bike ever). I have read in many places online that they need to be %26quot;serviced%26quot; at about 700 miles after the break in period. What does this mean? Is this required of all new motorcycles?|||yes all new motorcycles need this. they change the oil and filter. while you are breaking in your bike little metal particles get in your engine. not a bad its literally just being broken in. then they go throu pretty much all the bolts on the bike. the bike obviously comes from the factory with all the bolts tight, but during your initial rides the vibrations from the bike tend to loosen things up. so they will just make sure everything is nice and snug. i would also suggest that you go throu your bike once a month and check it yourself also just to be on the safe side. then they will just go throu your bike and check fluids, tire pressure and so on. if you are still in the break in period try not to beat your bike too bad. anyway congrats on the new bike man have fun!!|||What Jeff said.|||OIl %26amp; filer change, adjust chain, tighten all bolts, adjust tire pressure.|||JeffyB is correct.
The only other adjustments left are:
Valve adjustment - that%26#039;s never needed on the first service.
Air cleaner - that%26#039;s only needed if you ride through dirty trails (street bikes can go 10,000 miles before the air cleaner gets dirty).
Check the battery water level - hardly ever needed.
Change the spark plugs - if the bike is well maintained, they can last the lifetime of the bike.

What is the top speed of the Kawasaki Ninja 250?
I was wondering what the top speed and also the acceleration rate of the kawasaki ninja 250 is? My friend is getting one and I want to race him with my harley 1200 roadster.|||How fat are you? the more weight you put on the bike the slower it will go.|||I have a 2005 Kawasaki Ninja 250r all stock and Ive gotten it up to 120mph on the high way, i%26#039;m a big guy to at 225lbs. the Ninja 250s are a bit wobbly at high speed, make sure you have good tires before you attempt this Report Abuse

Does anyone know if the 2008 kawasaki ninja 250 will still be manufactured in 2009 at the same price?
im planning on getting one this year, but decided to save up money til next year to buy it. but i dont know if they will still make the 08 kawasaki ninja 250 next year. if anyone knows, please give any comments. thanks a lot.|||the 08 ninja 250 is very popular this year
the price will go up by 2 to 4 hundred next year
try to buy a used 08 next spring when someone sells to move up|||They might be a little increased in price but probably not too significant... they are after all making these bikes to compete with other smaller bikes such as the cbr125. On such games like Bow Master Prelude or N Ninja, I experience lag and low frame rates. I have a decent computer with three gigabytes of RAM.

How much would monthly payments on Ninja 250 be?
I%26#039;m 17, and I want to buy either a used Ninja 250 or 500. Could I buy one of these form a dealer and make monthly payments? How much would the down payment, and the monthly payments be around? What about insurance, what am I looking at for a 17 year old with a clean record and only insurance for liability?
Thanks|||My payments are about 113 a month, but mine is financed at a fixed rate though a government employee bank.
My insurence is 89 not every other month but like 8 months for 12 months of coverage, but I%26#039;m also 29 and have full coverage.
I dunno what your down payment would have to be if any, I%26#039;ve never made a down payment for a bike, I have paid a couple grand to pay it off sooner.|||Alright.... don%26#039;t be dumb. Your 17 so im assuming you want a sport bike because there, cool, sexy, and fast. I also assume your not made of money so be smart... look on craigslist or some other classifides site and buy a bike thats a few years old, most are still in great condition and you can get a 600cc or bigger for half the price. Just make sure u chek out the bikes with someone who knows something about bikes.
Yeah some people will say to start on a little bike like a 250 but once u gain experiance youll just want something bigger and youll need to buy another.... my advice find a nice 98-2004 600 bike, youll save tons of money and still have a better/faster bike then a brand new 250 or 500.|||You%26#039;re looking at around $4000 for a decent used bike, but you can buy a brand new Ninja 250 for around that price.
$4000 financed at 5.50% would be $120.86 for 36 months
insurance for a 17 year old is impossible, nobody will insure you until your 18, but the better way is put the bike in your father or mothers name and add your name to the insurance,

Why are insurance quotes for the Ninja 250 so high?
I have been doing a lot of research to make sure I can afford a motorcycle and I have been very surprised with the cost of insurance. I wasn%26#039;t expecting it to be cheap, but really! Everything has been between $2000 and $3000 a year. I am a 19 year old female who has taken the safety course and I have no accidents in my history. Also, the Ninja 250 is such a low powered machine, I thought that made a difference. Is there an insurance company that is cheaper?|||There are specialty motorcycle insurance agencies which have lower rates. I was quoted $8,000/yr full coverage for my Ninja 650R which is more than the bike costs. What I ended up doing what paying for the bike in full (you don%26#039;t necessarily need to have all the money but just pay the dealer in full with a credit union check, loan, etc.) and getting minimum liability. If I get hurt, anything over my limits falls onto my parent%26#039;s health insurance (make sure that would apply to you as well of course). If the bike gets destroyed I%26#039;m out $7k. However...if the bike is destroyed I probably will be too and won%26#039;t give care about it. I%26#039;ve talked to many people about crashes and despite what you might think, it takes a lot to really break one beyond reasonable repair so I figured I%26#039;d go for minimum liability. $500/yr rocks!|||You are under 25, and that%26#039;s that. If you were male, your quotes would be $4,000+ per year. There is a reason insurance companies charge a lot for younger riders, and that reason is that they make up close to 80% of ALL fatalities on motorcycles.
Yes, the 250 is a great bike, and it is small enough to be a perfectly safe starter bike. It does sound like you are being gouged for some unknown reason, maybe tickets?|||$2000 does seem high for a Ninja 250. Even for a 19 yr old with a clean record.
But then, depending where you live, I have seen some premiums around $5000 for a 600cc, so maybe $2000 for a 250cc for a 19yr old is common in some parts.
How many insurers did you check with. Check with as many as possible. There is quite often a HUGE difference in premiums for sportbikes. Try State Farm. They usually go by the engine size,CCs, rather than the type of bike. So a Ninja 250cc may be cheaper through them.|||it is cheap. i have a 01 ninja 250 and it is $77 a year. i only have liability because if i wreck it i don%26#039;t want another one|||There are many insurance companies out there. |||being a 19 year old and your location are the biggest factors in motorcycle insurance. I%26#039;m 36 and pay $75 per year for my ninja 250. I%26#039;m with Progressive|||Keep trying other insurance companies. Unfortunately many companies will automatically put you in a high risk category due to your age and that the bike is a %26quot;Ninja%26quot;.
What you can also do is use the on line quote features that Geico and Progressive have. Run the application with the Ninja 250 and then run it again with a cruiser or scooter. Change your age or location. I am not saying lie to the insurance company, but you can figure out what factor is causing the high rate quote.
If you have not already purchased the Ninja you may need to look at buying a different bike. Sorry. :(
Here is a true story. I wanted to buy a sport bike in 1989. I like the Ninja 600. I got rate quotes from Geico. before I bought. Turns out no one would insure me for a Ninja or Hurricane or whatever. They had these bikes on a do not insure list. The person from Geico even suggested that I buy a Harley Davidson. She didn%26#039;t know the difference in the bikes, but she had all the Harley models listed as on their ok to insure list. In 1989, Honda changed the of the Hurricane to CBR. Even though the 1988 Hurricane 600, the 1989 CBR 600 was not. I was able to buy and insure the 89 CBR 600 with no problems. |||I am an MSF instructor, and I have owned MANY bikes. I have full coverage on a 2006 Triumph Tiger 955cc. I am 28 years old and I pay $480/year for the bike insurance. I remember paying $2400/year to insure a bike when I was 19. Age and experience is a factor, having multiple policies with the same agent is a factor, but another major factor is the type of bike. Insurance companies are not bike experts. If a bike is classified as %26quot;sport%26quot;, the rates are high. Not all bikes live up to the stereotype of their classification. For example, it is cheaper to insure a Suzuki Hyabusa 1300cc, the fastest production motorcycle in the world, than it is to insure a Suzuki GSXR 600cc sport bike. Why? The ultra fast Hyabusa is considered to be sport-touring instead of sport. For the sake of comparison, get an estimate on a Honda Nighthawk 250. You may never intend to buy one, but it is a great experiment. If the price is much lower, you will know it is the bike itself that is the reason for the high quote. In that case, you might go for something that is sporty but not classified as a sport bike. You can also argue about the classification of the bike. My triumph was quoted for $1400/year when classified as %26quot;sport.%26quot; I showed picutures of various sport bikes and how it was different. I then showed them pictures of bikes that are considered to be touring bikes, like the BMW 1200GS and 1200RT that resemble my Triumph. They then reclassified my bike as a touring bike so I pay $480/year. Rightly so, as I have hard saddlebags on it and I use it for touring.
Recap:
1. See if a non-sport 250 is significantly cheaper.
2. Argue that the Ninja 250 is not a %26quot;sport%26quot; bike, but a %26quot;standard%26quot; bike. Unlike it%26#039;s sport bretheren of larger displacement, the Ninja 250 sits upright in a non-racing position. The foot pegs are under the rider, and not swept back. Also unlike the big Ninjas (600, 1000, etc), there is not a recoginized racing class for the 250s. The Ninja 250 is a low-powered standard motorcycle with some plastic on it. A good insurance agent will take this argument into consideration and try to work with you. In fact, print this out and see what he or she thinks.
3. If all else fails, get a bike that is not initially labelled %26quot;sport%26quot; that will likely have more performance than that little 250 anyway.
Good luck

Is it possible to be both a Pastafarian and a Ninja?
I am currently a ninja looking for the right religion. After much searching it seems that I want to become a Pastafarian. I feel as though His great noodly appendage is calling me. RAmen!|||Of course.
You should become friends with Toby Slothbear. He/she is also a ninja/pastarfarian/pirate.|||Of course. Only a Pastafarian Ninja can wield the sacred spaghetti spatula.|||No, Ninjas are an abomination to the FSM!
The FSM made pirate for pirate; not for ninja!!!
:)|||No. Pirates and ninjas cannot co-exist. It violates the laws of nature.|||I ******* LOVE NINJAS|||Of course, Ninjas eat ramen all the time.|||Yes!

How do you change the battery for a kawasaki ninja zx600c?
I have a 1991 kawasaki ninja zx 600c i dont know how to change the battery does anyone know how|||Remove the front seat (with key lock). There is a rubber strap over the top of a black plastic cover. Once you remove that you will see the top of the battery. Remove the two bolts (10mm wrench or phillips screw driver if they are not real tight.) pull off the vent hose and lift the batter clear.
Clean the battery cables and drop the new battery back in. Make sure the vent hose isn%26#039;t plugged or you will have major problems.
If you spill any acid or want to clean up any residue, use baking soda and water. Then wash it off.

What do you think of the 2008 kawasaki 500r ninja?
What are your opinions on the 2008 kawaski 500r ninja? is it a good looking bike? Would it be a good starter bike? Any other thoughts?|||The 500 Ninja is an excellent starter bike. It is not my favorite bike from a looks perspective but I wouldn%26#039;t call it ugly. I have to disagree that a 600 Ninja, GSXR, etc. is a good starter bike. Yes a beginner could handle it but that still doesn%26#039;t make it a good starter bike. Not only does the 600 have a lot more power (4 cylinder vs. a twin), but the rider position is more aggressive on these bikes than on the 500. Another bike worth considering would be the Suzuki SV650 twin.|||I fully agree with Kato
Along with the Suzuki SV650 (vtwin engine), check out the Kawasaki Ninja 650R (parallel twin engine). Both are excellent starting bikes. Don%26#039;t let the 650cc fool you too much. Supersport bikes have inline 4-cylinder engines. Those are the ones that aren%26#039;t good for beginning riders.
Most people that start on a 500R do so because they found one used and cheap. If you%26#039;re looking at buying one new, there are many better options out there.|||Around the 600 range are good for starter bikes...if you live in a country where you can really open up on the road. I learnt on a 125 and am going for a 600 now, looking at either the Kawasaki Ninja 600R, CBR 600, Suzuki GSXR- 600 or 750. All great bikes although i think kawasaki is the least greatest of the range|||It%26#039;s butt cheese ugly! It%26#039;s a great starter bike though. Buying a brand new bike as a starter bike isn%26#039;t a wise choice though.|||not the best to start out with ok handling but you can do better

Is the Kawasaki Ninja 500r a good first motorcycle for me?
I%26#039;m 6%26#039; 220lbs and considering a Ninja 500r for my first motorcycle. I want something less powerfull for the first year and after I%26#039;m a more experienced rider I%26#039;ll move up to something else.
Any advice on this bike or others?|||great choice. it is powerful enough to be fun too. you may also look at the Suzuki sv650 or if you want to spend a bit more. look at the entry level Ducati monster 626 or KTM Duke 690. great little bike for anyone .great articles here on both of them|||I%26#039;m planning on getting a k Ninja 650 for my first streetbike .. my friend who has been ridding for many many years said the 650 is a good first bike.. 500 is better on gas not as fast or powerful but you%26#039;ll get a break in insurance too|||So, why are you not considering the Kawasaki Ninja 250? Recently they had a guy test top speed and 0-60. 109 mph top speed and under 5 seconds to 60 mph.
Rider was 6%26#039;6%26quot;, 240 lb.
Is that good enough?|||i think it would be good for you because you 6 foot and it not that big but it does have a good sized eingine .|||Kn go ahead with your plan but use your head. That 500 will run and in the beginning get you over your head. Buy a helmet.|||Perfect for your first, not too big, not too small.|||Sounds great -- mo better if you can get it used. Good luck!!
